CERR Experts Summed up the Results of March in the Real Estate Market of Uzbekistan
After a slight increase in activity in the real estate market in February, a significant decline was noted in March. In the capital, the real estate market sank by 20.7%. The secondary market has come to a decline, the average cost for the month increased by only 0.5%. Activity in the capital's rental market has decreased even more.
