The Auction Performance Index has decreased since the beginning of the year – CERR analysis
The Center for Economic Research and Reforms (CERR) conducted an analysis of gov procurement on the Special Informational Portal of Government Procurement (xarid.uzex.uz) for the period January-March 2022. The results of the analysis showed a decrease in the Auction Performance Index since the beginning of the year, which is due to their transition from the old gov procurement site to the new one and the introduction of new rules.
