The analysis covers sales of new passenger cars of both domestic and foreign production and reflects key changes across various market segments, including the electric vehicle market.
In 2025, sales of new passenger cars, both domestically produced and imported, increased by 5.2% and reached nearly 370,000 units.
From a regional perspective, the highest activity was recorded in Syrdarya Region (45%), Tashkent Region (36%), Namangan Region (26%), and Kashkadarya Region (21%).
At the same time, over the year, sales volumes of new passenger cars declined in the city of Tashkent, as well as in Navoi Region and Khorezm Region.

Sales of new domestically produced vehicles exceeded 315,000 units over the past year, while sales of new foreign-made vehicles amounted to approximately 53,300 units.
Electric vehicles emerged as the main driver of market growth
Over the past year, sales of new electric vehicles increased by 35% and reached 40.7 thousand units, becoming one of the key drivers of market growth.
The regional breakdown confirms a high concentration of activity in this segment. The main volume of sales was recorded in the city of Tashkent, where 29 thousand new electric vehicles were sold, accounting for 71% of the total.
This was followed by Samarkand Region, Tashkent Region, and Kashkadarya Region.
