The Center for Economic Research and Reforms (CERR) regularly monitors activity in Uzbekistan’s real estate market.
In July 2026, activity in the real estate market continued to grow. During the month, 26.3 thousand residential property purchase and sale transactions were registered, up 4% compared with June of this year.
Since the beginning of the year, 197.4 thousand transactions have been concluded, which is more than 21% higher than in the same period last year.

The dynamics indicate that market activity remains high and demand for real estate continues to be strong.
Regional Dynamics
An increase in the number of transactions was recorded across most regions of the country. The highest growth rates in residential property sales were observed in Tashkent city (31.6%), Syrdarya region (30.7%), and Navoi region (25.5%).
Thus, the most notable increase in activity was recorded in Tashkent city, the country’s largest real estate market, as well as in several regions where transaction growth significantly exceeded the national average.
