Real estate sales are growing in Uzbekistan — CERR review

In July, the real estate market of Uzbekistan grew by 5.5%. The situation is stable, transactions continue to grow. Overall activity in the rental segment slowed down the pace of decline. Probably, in August-September, the existing demand will be replenished by the category of students, which will increase interest in this segment.
Real estate sales are growing in Uzbekistan — CERR review
The Center for Economic Research and Reforms (CERR) in regular review analyzes the changes that have occurred in the real estate market. In July, the number of real estate purchase and sale transactions amounted to almost 25 thousand, which is 5.5% more than a month earlier. The largest growth was recorded in Andijan (+19.5%), Syrdarya (+16.8%) and Jizzakh (+16.5%) regions.... ...
