During this period, the volume of the economy of the Navoi region amounted to 66 685.4 billion sums. The growth was 5.5% compared to 2021. The region's contribution to the country's GDP was 7.5%. The volume of GDP per capita increased by 3.4% compared to 2021 and amounted to 63,832.1 thousand sums.
The volume of gross value added created in all sectors of the region's economy amounted to 98.1% of GDP, while net taxes on products amounted to 1.9%.
The share of industry and construction in the GRP structure by industry amounted to 73.3% (72.8% in 2021), the share of agriculture - 13.9% (14.9%) and the share of services - 12.8% (12.3%).
The contribution of the region to the formation of macroeconomic indicators of the republic is significant. The region's contribution to GDP was 7.5%, and the contribution to the production of industrial products of the republic was 16% (3rd place among the regions). Investments in fixed assets amounted to 7.2% (5th place).
The turnover of small businesses in 2022 amounted to 17.6 trillion sums (in 2021, 15.6 trillion sums). The share in GRP was 26.8% (27.1%). The decrease in the share of small businesses in GRP compared to the previous year is due to an increase in the share of large enterprises.
