Stable demand for cars remains – CERR review

The analysis of the Center for Economic Research and Reform showed that sales of new cars increased slightly in March, and the effects of the cancellation of fees on the secondary car purchase market continue to have an impact. At the same time, the positive growth trend in the sale of cars on the domestic market remains.

The Center for Economic Research and Reforms (CERR) regularly analyzes the change in sales on the car market. In March 2022, 112.1 thousand vehicles were registered, it is 102% more than in March last year (55.5 thousand). At the same time, there is a decrease of 12.7% compared to February of this year.
